Requirement You are to work in your group to produce an IS/ICT strategic plan for AIEN Bus Company Section 1 (10%) Students are to work together in their groups to develop the first half of an IS/ICT Strategic Plan for AIEN Bus Company. Listed below are the criteria to be addressed in the plan. Detail the current situation including barriers and drivers for the organisation and CSF’s An overview of the current technology (identifying needed operational systems) Assess the situation and categorise the major issues using at least 3 Strategic Frameworks/Methods such as SWOT, GAP etc Determine the organisational objectives for AIEN Bus Company Define the vision and mission Section 2 (20%) Students are to work together in their groups to develop the second half of an ICT Strategic Plan for AIEN Bus Company. Based on the research conducted in the workshops students are to identify the best format for the ICT Strategic Plan and present the AIEN Bus Company plan in that format. Listed below are the criteria to be addressed in the plan. Determine the ICT strategic directions (ensure they are aligned organisational objectives) Determine the objective that will “together” achieve the strategic direction Determine what systems are required to meet the strategic direction/objective Complete a GAP analysis between current systems and required systems As a minimum the plan must have three strategic directions and minimum of three objectives for each direction.
