A key aim of NISCHR’s strategy is to maximize the research potential of the NHS in Wales. This document outlines the vision and plans for establishing NHS RD funding streams to support high quality studies taking place in the NHS.  SETTING THE CONTEXT NISCHR is the Welsh Government body that develops, in consultation with partners, policy on research and development to reflec
