Overseas applicants should pay by a Hong Kong dollar bank draft drawn on a bank in Hong Kong or by a US dollar bank draft (USD40), made payable to “The University of Hong Kong”. Please write down your full name and “PCLL” on the back of the original pay-in slip/bank draft. Cash and personal cheque will NOT be accepted. Please complete one application form only.
