辽 宁 科 技 学 院 本科毕业设计 题目：年产量480万吨炼钢生铁和70万吨铸造生铁的高炉炼铁车间设计专题：高炉炉顶煤气成分及其变化对炉内冶炼的影响 专 业：冶金工程班 级：冶BG082姓 名：学 号：0711108223指导教师：说明书101页，图纸 2 张，专题14页，译文14页  辽宁科技学院本科生毕业设计(论文) 第  PAGE 95 页 年产480万吨炼钢生铁和70万吨铸造 生铁的高炉炼铁车间设计 摘 要 本设计是设计年产480万吨炼钢生铁，70万吨铸造生铁的高炉炼铁车间。 在设计中采用了4038m3的高炉2座，不设渣口，3个出铁口，采用矩形出铁场。送风系统采用四座外燃式热风炉，煤气处理系统采用重力除尘器、布袋除尘器。渣铁处理系统采用图拉法水淬渣处理，上料系统采用皮带上料机，保证高炉的不间断供料。 在设计中，首先做了物料平衡、热平衡，炉型的设计与计算，以及设备的选择。设计中应用了许多先进的工艺，这些工艺在实行大喷煤技术提高传热效率，节能，提高生产率方面起了重要的作用。在设计中，广泛吸收前人技术革新和国内外科学研究成果。根据实际需要及可能性，尽量采用先进设备、结构、材料及新工艺。做到技术上先进，经济上合理，又减少环境污染。 车间总体布置形式为岛式。 关键词：高炉，外燃式热风炉，布袋除尘器，岛式 The design of the 4.8 million tons pig iron for steelmaking and 700,000 tons pig iron for casting workshop Abstract The assignment is the design of the 4.8 million tons pig iron for steelmaking and700,000 tons pig iron for casting workshop.
