PAGE  PAGE 23 河南财经政法大学成功学院本科生毕业论文 基于企业生命周期的财务战略分析 ——以青岛海尔为例 院系名称管理学系姓　　名 学　　号 专　　业财务管理指导教师 讲师 2012年05月02日  摘 要 当今世界的市场环境多变，尤其对我国企业而言，我国企业首先经历了由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的重大转变，再则经历了中国加入WTO，国内企业面临着世界范围内更为激烈的竞争。在这种大环境下，企业的发展所面临的各方面的环境对企业有着牵一发而动全身的影响。企业要想在激烈的竞争中取得长远的生存与发展，那么在发展过程中引入战略管理思想就显得尤为重要。而作为企业总体战略中组成之一的财务战略，对企业发展起着举足轻重的作用。另外来说，无论何种企业的发展都要经历一个由小到大的过程，在企业的不同发展阶段，企业所应该实施的财务战略也应该有所区别，那么基于企业生命周期的财务战略的研究分析就显得尤为重要。 本文将基于企业生命周期的财务战略进行研究，并以青岛海尔为例，对其不同时期的投资战略、筹资战略和收益分配战略进行分析，结合青岛海尔的各个不同时期的总体战略实施规划，着重分析青岛海尔在成长期、成熟期的财务战略，并对其不同发展时期中的财务战略进行评价，提出更为适合企业当时发展状况的战略选择。以期对我国家电制造行业上市公司的实践具有一定的指导作用。 关键词：财务战略；企业生命周期；投资战略；筹资战略；收益分配战略；青岛海尔 Abstract In today’s world market environment is changeable, especially for China’s enterprises, China’s first enterprise was experienced by the planned economic system to socialist market economic system change, and after China’s accession to the WTO, domestic enterprises are facing greater global competition.
