While not the first to bring christianity to Ireland, it is Patrick who is said to have encountered the Druids (德鲁伊教) at Tara and abolished their pagan rites. The story holds that he converted the warrior chiefs and princes, baptizing (洗礼) them and thousands of their subjects in the Holy Wells that still bear this name. ;April Fools Day; In France, people call the April Fools “April Fish”. They tape a paper fish to their friends’ backs to fool them. When he or she finds this , they shout “April Fish!”　　 In England, people play jokes only in the morning.
