不同推磨牙向后矫治器的临床应用效果比较 摘要：目的：对不同推磨牙向后矫正器的临床应用效果进行比较。方法：选取2010年1月-2013年1月期间在本院接受治疗的42例磨牙前移所导致的Ⅱ类错颌患者作为本次的观察对象, 将其根据推磨牙向后矫正的方法不同分成A组和B组两组, A组中的22例患者采用的是活动法进行推磨牙向后矫正；而对照组采用的是固定法进行的推磨牙的向后矫正，对两种矫正方法的矫正效果等方面进行比较。结果: 两组推磨牙向后矫正的效果相当，但是活动法需要达到预期效果的时间较长, 而固定法需需要达到预期治疗效果的时间更短，两组患者治疗达到预期治疗效果之间的差异显著（p0.05），具有统计学意义。结论: 两组方法均能实现的预期矫正效果均能保证移磨牙向远中, 但是活动方法其需要的疗程更长, 要求患者有更高的依从性, 因此在临床在实际的应用中需要根据实际情况进行科学、合理的选择。 关键词：推磨牙向后矫正；矫治器；应用效果；比较 Clinical application of different treatments pushing molars back effect comparison Abstract: Objective: to different clinical application effect of pushing molars back orthotics are compared.
