KKME---专业医学搜索引擎/ 乳腺癌中RUNX3、cyclin D1和p27kip1蛋白的表达及其意义 作者单位：哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院，黑龙江 哈尔滨 150086 【摘要】 ［目的］ 探讨乳腺癌组织中RUNX3、cyclin D1和p27kip1基因的表达及其临床意义。［方法］ 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测88例乳腺癌、40例乳腺纤维腺瘤、40例乳腺增生病中RUNX3、cyclin D1和p27kip1的表达。［结果］ （1）RUNX3和p27kip1在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为35.23%和51.14%，明显低于在乳腺纤维腺瘤(85%和82.5%)及乳腺增生病(87.5%和85%)中的表达率（P0.05）。乳腺癌中cyclin D1的表达率（63.63%）明显高于良性病变中表达。（2）RUNX3 和p27kip1蛋白表达与乳腺癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关，p27kip1蛋白表达与病理分级呈负相关。cyclin D1蛋白表达与病理分级呈正相关。（3）乳腺癌中RUNX3与p27kip1蛋白的表达呈正相关性（P0.05），与cyclin D1的表达呈负相关性（P0.05）。［结论］ RUNX3、cyclin D1和p27kip1在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。检测乳腺癌组织中RUNX3、cyclin D1和p27kip1基因的表达对于评价患者的预后有一定价值。 【关键词】 乳腺肿瘤 Expressions of RUNX3, cyclin D1 and p27kip1 in Breast Cancer and Their Significance JIANG Ying1, TONG Dan-dan2, ZHANG Ying1 (1.The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Harbin 150086, China; 2.Harbin Medical University, Harbin 150086, China) Abstract： ［Purpose］ To investigate the expressions of RUNX3, cyclin D1 and p27kip1 in breast cancer and their significance. ［Methods］ Expressions of RUNX3, cyclin D1 and p27kip1 in 88 cases with breast cancer, 40 cases with breast fibroadenoma and 40 cases with mazoplasia were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. ［Results］ (1)The positive expression of RUNX3 and p27kip1 in breast cancer was 35.23% and 51.14% respectively.
