【摘要】电子商务作为一种新兴的交易方式,已然成为企业营销的重要渠道,企业能提高产品知名度,拓宽销售渠道,在足不出户的情况下就能被全国所知,甚至登上世界舞台,受到众多中小企业的热捧,因此,越来越多中小企业的B2B平台涌进电商市场。

B2B是企业与企业之间通过互联网进行产品、服务及信息的交换。传统的企业间交易往往要耗费企业的大量资源和时间,无论是销售和分销还是采购都占用产品成本。通过B2B的交易方式买卖双方能够在网上完成整个业务流程,从建立最初印象,到货比三家,再到讨价还价、签单和交货,最后到客户服务。B2B使企业之间的交易减少许多事务性的工作流程和管理费用,降低了企业经营成本。网络的便利及延伸性使企业扩大了活动范围,企业发展跨国界更方便,成本更低廉。借助B2B电子商务平台,企业不需要太多的专业知识和大量的资金投入,同样有可能获得可观的收益。
