中国地质大学长城学院 本 科 毕 业 论 文 题目 友和矿业公司 内部会计控制问题的研究 系 别 经济系 专 业 会计学 学生姓名 赵宇飞 学 号 013121116 指导教师 熊凤山 职 称 副教授 中国地质大学长城学院 本科毕业论文文献综述 系 别： 经济系 专 　业： 会计学 姓 名： 赵宇飞 学 号： 013121116 　 2016 年 4 月 30 日 友和矿业公司内部会计控制问题的研究 摘 要 中小企业在我国经济体中是一项重要的组成部分，在社会主义市场经济的快速发展下在激烈的市场竞争中，正面临激烈的挑战。而在中小企业中普遍存在内部会计控制不完善和执行力度不够对企业造成经营影响的状况，因此当前加强和完善中小企业内部会计控制制度成为完善其治理结构最重要的手段之一，又是企业内部控制中的重中之重。加强和完善中小企业内部会计控制能够促进企业实现长远发展战略和经济效益的最大化。本文以友和矿业作为研究对象，运用会计学和管理学中的相关知识采用理论和实际相结合的方法分析了其内部会计控制存在：内部审计与监督不健全，缺乏良好的内部控制环境并且缺乏有效的风险评估机制等问题，并结合内部会计控制管理理论提出完善友和矿业公司内部会计控制的措施和建议。 关键词：内部控制；矿业公司；会计 ABSTRACT SMEs is an important part of Chinas economy, with the rapid development of the socialist market economy, in the fierce market competition, they are facing fierce challenges. However SMEs generally exist internal accounting control is not perfect and the implementation of the enterprise is not enough to cause the operation of the impact of the situation, so it is one of the most important means to strengthen and improve the internal accounting control system of SMEs, which is one of the most important means to improve its governance structure, and is the most important one in the internal control of enterprises. Strengthen and perfect the internal accounting control of small and medium-sized enterprises can promote enterprises to maximize the long-term development strategy and economic benefit.
