Methods Since 1998 to 5 cases of breast treated with primary malignant lymphoma of the clinical presentation, treatment, pathological features were analyzed retrospectively. Results 5 patients were female, average age 42.5 years, showed a painless breast mass, circumscribed, medium texture, smooth surface, no adhesion with the skin or chest muscle, needle aspiration and intraoperative frozen pathology before the diagnosis often can not , 5 cases of surgical biopsy standard wood by light microscope, were diagnosed with breast malignant lymphoma. Conclusions The disease often misdiagnosed, breast pathology tips from the disease mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue, lymph node pathology often found in epithelial damage, immune IHC examination can confirm the diagnosis, the surgery plus chemotherapy and (or) radiotherapy achieved better effect.
