Methods: Retrospective analysis of 226 cases of patients with M3 combined CNSL28 clinical data, statistical analysis using single-factor analysis of variance. Results: 28 cases (12.4%) of M3 patients in CNSL, onset time to complete remission (CR) after 1 ~ 2 years for more preventive intrathecal chemotherapy group, CNSL occurs to prevent intrathecal injection than the non-chemotherapy group were significantly decreased ( P amp;lt;0.05).
