 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 6 Ischemic preconditioning on the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction [Abstract] Objective in patients with acute myocardial infarction indicators of some clinical observations, assessment of ischemic preconditioning on acute myocardial infarction prognosis. Methods 296 cases of acute myocardial infarction according to onset of angina pectoris within the previous 24h were divided into ischemic preconditioning group (IP group) and non-ischemic preconditioning group (NIP) group. ST-segment elevation were observed between the extent of myocardial enzyme peaks, ECG score, left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), ventricular aneurysm, right bundle branch block, shock, heart failure differences. Results IP group the extent of ST-segment elevation (P amp;lt;0.05), myocardial enzyme peak (P amp;lt;0.05), electrocardiogram points (P = 0.01), ventricular aneurysm (P amp;lt;0.05), right bundle branch block (P amp;lt;0.05 ), shock (P amp;lt;0.05), congestive heart failure (P = 0.01) were lower than the incidence of NIP Group. EF (P = 0.02) were higher than those NIP group. Conclusion IP phenomena can be markedly improved the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
