Methods 97 cases of preterm premature rupture of membranes will be divided into two groups of pregnant women and control group, the observation group with normal saline, control group iodophor disinfection, two groups of pregnant women, gestational age, age did not differ significantly, and there were no pregnancy complications and complications.
