The results showed that two cases of primary diseases were acute lymphoblastic leukemia (common cell type) and acute megakaryocytic leukemia, and two cases of leukemia have a chromosomal aberration or a cancer gene mutation, activation, and 2 cases of bone marrow transplant donor source of hematopoietic completely reconstruction, but the two cases of recurrence of leukemia after the cells were derived from donor sources, blood type and HLA typing were available for those type 2 patients after recurrence was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-cell type) and acute megakaryocytic leukemia. The results suggest that donor source may be related to post-transplant recurrence of large doses of immunosuppressive drugs related to chemotherapy and radiotherapy, as well as themselves subject to abnormal hematopoietic microenvironment may also be involved in the process of secondary leukemia. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation followed by donor source of relapse may be occurring is to study the appropriateness of models of human leukemia.
