[Methods] percutaneous laser disk decompression for treatment of six cases of lumbar disc herniation, the use of psychological care, lifestyle and postural training and other measures. [Results] 6 patients with non-one cases of complications, 4 cases after 1 day out of bed wearing a neck circumference, two cases of the world after 3 beds, 3 ~ 9 days after discharge condition improved. [Conclusion] close observation after illness, to strengthen supine, diet, exercise and other functional guidance to enable the patient a speedy recovery. [Method] Take the said method to 6 cases, take the measures of mental nursing, living custom and body position training. [Result] No one had complication, 4 came down the bed with neck enclosure 1 day after operation, 2 did 3 days, and were better and went out of hospital 3  9 days later. [Conclusion] After operation, close observing disease state, strengthening the guide to lying position, diet and functional exercise can make patients recover earlier.
