Methods 5737 40 weeks pregnant and 18 pregnant women with ultrasound system of screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations. Results in 5737 pregnant women, the induction of labor or after birth confirmed 199 cases of various abnormalities, prenatal ultrasound detected 193 cases, 6 cases of missed diagnosis, missed cases, mainly for smaller defects and deficiencies. Conclusion The system is the fetal ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis of fetal morphological abnormalities of the important diagnostic imaging methods. [Keywords:] Ultrasound; prenatal diagnosis; fetal malformation [Abstract] Objective To explore the significance of prenatal ultrasonography for detecting fetal anomalies.Methods A total of 5 737 women during 18 ~ 40 gestational weeks underwent ultrasonography to find out fetal anomalies.Results In 5 737 fetal cases, 198 cases with anomalies were confirmed dy post natal evaluation or abortion.193 cases were verified by prenatal ultrasonography.Six cases which had micro malformation were missed diagnosis.Conclusion Systemic prenatal ultrasonographic examination is an important method to screen fetal anomalies.
