Methods: In the conventional treatment based on the 100mg intravenous infusion of ranitidine was added, 1 ~ 2 times a day, a total of 2 weeks, during which observation of the indicators relating to upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the mortality were studied. Results: The concurrent treatment group and control group the incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and acute phase mortality rates were 2%, 18% and 19.2%, 32.6% (P amp;lt;0.01). Conclusion: Ranitidine is not only cerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce the incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, but also improve the prognosis of the acute phase. Conclusion: Ranutudune not only can decrease the ratal of upper gastroinrestinal which is the complication of cerebral hemorrhage but also in proving the progrosis significantly during the acute time.
