Methodology to investigate 64 cases of coronary heart disease patient’s age, sex, occupation, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, obesity, alcohol consumption, irrational diet, mental tension, reduction in activity, family history of coronary heart disease, and determination of lipids, lipoprotein cholesterol, and Apo, finally the data for statistical analysis. The results of the major common risk factors for coronary heart disease over the age of 40, male, blood lipid abnormalities, mental or workers, psychological stress, smoking, reduction in activity, overweight and obesity, high blood pressure, alcohol consumption, diet unreasonable. Conclusion dyslipidemia may be the most important risk factor for CHD, occupational factors is an important combination of factors. These risk factors are multiple factors co-exist.
