Method treatment group, 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with acute exacerbation of budesonide inhalation suspension and salbutamol aerosol therapy 5 days, 50 patients with the control group, aerosol inhalation of salbutamol were compared for 5 days to observe the forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) percentage of percentage of predicted value (FEV1% and forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity ratio ( FEV1/FVC), and fasting blood glucose, electrolytes. Results FEV1% and FEV1/FVC compared before and after treatment group: FEV1% and FEV1/FVC significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01), control group before and after treatment, FEV1 percentage of predicted value and FEV1/FVC percentage rose significantly (P lt;0.01), but the improvement in the control group than the treatment group, treatment group and control fasting blood glucose, no significant changes in electrolytes. Conclusion salbutamol Budesonide combined the two drugs can reduce airway resistance and improve pulmonary function, increase its anti-inflammatory activity, the clinical results are obvious, inhalation therapy side effects, dosing convenience, is worth promoting.
