 PAGE - 11 - 深圳动物园15株肺炎克雷伯氏菌耐药性的检测 动物医学院 动物医学 唐春成 （指导老师：杨光友 教 授） 摘要：目的：了解深圳动物园黑猩猩等10种灵长动物肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐药特性及趋势，指导临床合理用药。方法：用K-B纸片扩散法做药物敏感试验。结果：检测的15株肺炎克雷伯氏菌对21种抗生素的药敏结果显示，对萘啶酸、氨苄西林、羧苄西林和四环素的耐药率最高，均为100%；其次为磺胺甲基异恶唑、头孢唑啉（先锋霉素V）、多西环素和多粘菌素B，其耐药率分别是93.33%、87.78%、80%和80%；对环丙沙星、阿奇霉素、诺氟沙星、头孢呋新、加替沙星、奈替米星和磷霉素的耐药率分别是73.33%、73.33%、60%、60%、53.33%、53.33%和53.33%；对头孢西林和呋喃妥因的耐药率均为40%；对头孢噻肟、亚胺硫霉素和阿米卡星的耐药率分别为33.33%、26.67%和20% ；菌株对拉氧头孢钠的耐药率为0 。结???：该地区肺炎克雷伯氏菌所引起的疾病治疗的首选药氧头孢烯类，其次可合理选用第三代头孢菌素、氨基糖甙类、碳青霉烯类、呋喃类药。 关键词：肺炎克雷伯氏菌；耐药性；检测 Resistance testing of 15 bahts Klebsiella Pneumoniae in Shenzhen zoo Tang Chuncheng Veterinary，Grade2006 Directed by Yang Guangyou（professor） Abstract：Objective: To understand the Shenzhen Zoo chimpanzees and other 9 primates Klebsiella pneumoniae‘s resistance characteristics and trends to guide clinical use of drugs. Conclusion: The Klebsiella pneumoniae in diseases caused by treatment of first choice for drug oxacephems, followed by the selection of the third generation can be reasonably cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, carbapenems, furan, amide alcohols medicine.
