教育随笔：积木风波 奇奇是班上一个调皮的孩子，总爱抢其他孩子的玩具，连教师的话也经常当作耳边风。有一天早上，孩子们正在搭积木，突然一阵哭声从闹闹那边传来。我转过身一看，奇奇正在使劲地拽闹闹手中的积木。我很生气，便快步走到他们面前，制止了奇奇的行为。闹闹边哭边告诉我：“老师，奇奇抢我的积木!”我严肃地看着奇奇，并要求奇奇去向闹闹道歉。往常碰到这种事，他肯定会笑呵呵地和别人说对不起，可今天他却站在那里，眼里还流着眼泪。 “奇奇，你拿闹闹的积木，明明你做错了，还哭什么!”我气极了，并没有注意到奇奇委屈的样子。“曹老师，我刚才没抢闹闹的积木，我看闹闹积木搭得太长了，我想帮她拆下来。您不是说过，这积木不能搭太长，否则可能伤害其他小朋友的。”奇奇的话让我惊喜，他竟然能注意到平时我说的话了，还能为其他孩子考虑。想到自己却还是用原来的目光来看待他，真是委屈他了。随后，我在孩子们面前表扬了奇奇，同时也委婉地告诉他劝阻同伴时要注意方式方法，不要让同伴误会。在以后的日子里，奇奇有了明显的进步。 孩子的心灵是稚嫩的，轻易地去评价一名孩子的好坏，并且不注意观察孩子的变化，就戴着有色眼镜去看待孩子，作为一名教育工作者是失职的。奇奇调皮惯了，但是“积木风波”却是他进步的表现。真庆幸奇奇的想法被我得知了，否则他的闪光点就会被掩盖，他也可能会长期生活在“抢积木”的阴影下。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
