物业公司人事副主管职位描述 物业公司人事副主管职位描述提要:负责人事考核、考查工作。建立人事档案资料库,规范人才培养、考查选拔工作程序,组织定期、不定期的人事考核、考查的选拔工作 物业公司人事副主管职位描述 岗位职责 1.严格执行公司规章制度,认真履行其工作职责; 2.负责制定公司人事管理制度。设计人事管理工作程序,研究、分析并提出改进工作意见和建议; 3.负责对本部门工作目标的拟订、执行及控制; 4.负责人事考核、考查工作。建立人事档案资料库,规范人才培养、考查选拔工作程序,组织定期、不定期的人事考核、考查的选拔工作; 5.负责做好公司员工劳动纪律管理工作。定期抽查公司劳动纪律执行情况,及时考核,负责办理考勤、奖惩、差假、调动等管理工作; 6.严格遵守劳动法及地方政府劳动用工政策和公司劳动管理制度,负责招聘、录用、辞退工作,组织签订劳动合同,依法对员工实施管理; 7.配合有关部门做好安全教育工作。参与职工伤亡事故的调查处理,提出处理意见; 8.负责编制培训大纲,抓好员工培训工作。在抓员工基础普及教育的同时,逐步推行岗前培训与技能、业务的专业知识培训,专业技术知识与综合管理知识相结合的交替教育提高培训模式及体系; 9.认真做好公司领导交办的其它工作任务。 岗位要求: 1、行政管理或人力资源管理专业3年以上工作经验者优先; 2、能在公司行政人事管理工作方面独挡一面; 3、有较强的沟通协调能力,善于处理部门和员工之间的关系; Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
