1 3 　第 24 卷第 7 期 统计研究 Vol. 24 , No 7 　 2007 年 7 月 Statistical Research Jul. 2007 中国各地区金融发展的统计学描述 赵 　楠 3 　　内容提要 :本文对“地区金融相关比率”(RFIR) 指标的设置进行了原因分析 ,并使用该指标测算了中国大陆地 区 31 个省级行政区的地区金融发展水平 ,对我国各地区金融业的总量发展规模 、扩张程度 、内在差异进行了比较 分析研究 。研究发现 ,我国各地区金融体系正在经历一个快速发展的阶段 ,东部地区金融发展水平高于中西部地 区 ,但政策性信贷支持对西部地区金融发展贡献最为显著 ,中部地区金融发展水平相对滞后 ,本文从地区金融发展 角度支持了国家的“中部崛起”战略 。而国家银行类金融机构的差异是造成三大地区内部诸省份间金融发展程度 出现差异的重要原因 。 关键词 :金融发展 ;地区金融相关比率 ;经济增长 中图分类号 :C812 　　　文献标识码 :A 　　　文章编号 :1002 - 4565(2007) 07 - 0034 - 07 The Statistical Descriptive on Regional Financial Development in China Zhao Nan Abstract :Based on theoretical analysis of Regional Financial Interrelation Ratio ,this paper measured China regional financial development. By calculating 31 Chinese provincial administration districts’RFIR , this paper analyzed the gross dimension , expanding degree and endogenous difference of China regional financial institutions.
