How to improve our construction business construction claim is an important issue. Through analyzing the performance of the weak in our country’s sue for damages, this article inquired into objective root causing backwardness in our country’s sue for damages, then proposed the concrete measure to enhance the level and improve the present situation of our country to sue for damages.First,the strengthens consciousness of sues for damages is imperative; Nest, the strengthens the management, and the documents management is the key road which must be taken to strengthen sues for damages the management; third, enhancing the quality of management troop is the crux to solve the talented person deficient in our country, sue for damages.
