历史学与环境问题研究;提纲;引言：问题的提出;一 环境问题特点与历史学研究的合理性;从发生来说，环境问题是逐渐累积，猛然暴发的 ;1952年12月英国伦敦的烟雾事件;太湖蓝藻暴发， 湖水、河水发臭、发浑 ;从性质来说，环境问题看似简单，实际上却很复杂 1）环境问题最直接表现为一个健康问题； 2）环境问题是一个社会问题； 3）环境问题是一个政治问题；;从责任来说，对于环境问题的产生，人们所应担负的是“共同而有区别的责任（Common but Differentiated Responsibilities） 全球变暖：2007年全球十大灾难之首；影响及责任 碳足迹：第一碳足迹；第二碳足迹 每一个社会、每一个群体、每一个个人都应承担起各自的责任； 在责任的轻重和影响的大小上，不同的社会、不同的群体、不同的个人之间有差别;从影响来说，环境问题的影响持久，广泛，而且在时空上往往还会错位； 酸雨的例子 ;从治理来说，环境问题治理起来非常缓慢、艰难 泰晤士河的例子;Filthy river, filthy river, Foul from London to the Nore, --Punch, 1848;“The water that John drinks,” Punch, 1849 ;This is the Thames with its cento of stink, That supplies the water that John drinks.;These are the fish that float in the ink- -y stream of the Thames with its cento of stinks, That supplies the water that John drinks. ; This is the sewer, from cesspool and sink, That feeds the fish that float in the ink- -y stream of the Thames with its cento of stinks, That supplies the water that John drinks. ;Shortly after the outbreak of the Great Stink in 1858, there was another caricature on Punch, showing that the dirty muddy ‘Old Father Thames’ was introducing his ‘children’—diphtheria, scrofula and cholera to the Fair City of London. ;环境问题是一个极其复杂的问题，不仅其成因上包含了复杂的人为因素，而且其过程和结果中包含了复杂的社会矛盾和利益冲突。 如何对待环境问题和环境保护，本质上反映着人类社会的价值争斗。 环境问题的社会性十分明显。 ;对环境问题的研究，决不是自然科学和工程科学的专利；对环境问题的治理，也决不是依赖技术和经费投入就可以奏效的。 环境问题涉及政治、社会、思想等等方面，其研究，需要包括人文社会科学在内的各学科的协同攻关；其治理，需要政治的运作、社会的共识、思想观念的转变等。 在对环境问题的研究和治理中，历史学是不可以也不应该缺场的。;二 历史学如何研究环境问题？;Dust storm approaching Stratford, Texas, in 1935;Evaluation only.
