摘　要哈电集团电机厂，多年以来在科研项目上的进展中，获得了很多科研成果。研究一项科研项目，先不从技术上看，从科研项目立项开始，到写计划，一直到最后的科研成果上报，都是一套非常严格的流程。而且在这期间，涉及到的资料更是非常繁多，许多资料需要电子版和打印版。由于资料长时间的堆积，中间某个环节出了一点儿差错，都要在资料山中进行查找具体的科研项目进行修改。目前，哈电集团电机厂还是用人工的方式去整理资料和打印资料，不仅效率慢，而且严重的影响了工作效率。本系统采用MVC三层架构，具体为数据表现层，科研项目业务处理层和数据库数据持久化层。数据库采用SQLSERVER2008版本。本系统主要的两大优点就是查询速速快，保存复杂格式的文档资料文档，而且能够实现快速打印，所打印出来的效果和格式与人工操作的是一致的。采用Servelet、DAO、Interface以及JSP等技术开发。经系统测试，最终完成哈电集团电机厂科研管理系统的开发。关键词：哈电集团电机厂科研管理系统；业务处理；快速打印AbstractScientific research is to promote the progress of people power, human beings through continuous exploration, constantly study new technology inventions can benefit mankind, new technology, make peoples quality of life is getting better and better.
