摘 要 新化市位于湖南中部，资水中游，雪峰山东南麓。污水厂待处理水量大，日处理规模为污水100000m3 /d，规划占地面积6.2公项。 现阶段排放污水中以生活污水为主，工业废水占很小比例。本工程进水水质主要指标为COD=450mg/L，BOD5 浓度S0=260 mg/L，TSS 浓度 X0=260 mg/L，VSS=200 mg/L，MLSS/MLSS=0.7，pH=7~8，平均水温在20℃左右。出水水质主要指标为COD=100mg/L，BOD5 浓度Se=30mg/L，TSS 浓度 Xe=25 mg/L。对BOD5、COD、SS的去除率要求分别达到88.5%、77.8%、90.4%以上。根据污水水质特点及排放要求，本污水厂的污水处理工艺选择充分考虑污水量和污水水质及经济条件和管理水平，优先选用技术先进、安全可靠、低能耗、低投入、少占地和操作管理方便的成熟处理工艺。本工程拟采用的工艺如下：一级处理采用细格栅和曝气沉砂池，二级处理采用生物吸附降解工艺，简称AB法。处理过程中产生的污泥，经过浓缩脱水后外运填埋。AB法由于两阶段曝气中每个阶段有相互隔离和独立的曝气过程、泥水分离过程和活性污泥回流过程。因此相比传统推流式活性污泥工艺，AB法处理工艺抗冲击负荷强，可以实现更稳定的处理效果，基建和运转费用大大节省，适合分期建造。污水厂出水水质指标达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（18918-2002）二级排放标准。 Abstract Xinhua City is located in the middle of Hunan, the middle reaches of theZijiang River, the southeast side of XueFen mountain.
