ERP系统在家电行业的应用选择研究摘要为了降低成本，在竞争激烈的市场上求生存，家电企业对ERP建设的热情高涨，并逐渐成为ERP市场发展的重要推动力量。然而，就目前我国企业ERP应用的状况来看，形势并不乐观。90%以上的ERP系统应用都没有达到企业预定的目标。究其原因，选型不力是其中最关键的制约因素之一。本文试图从建立切合家电行业特点的ERP选型原则、指标来解决问题。本文首先分析了家电企业应用ERP系统的现状和存在的问题，提出了解决问题的关键是正确的进行ERP选型，进而确定了本文的研究核心—家电企业的ERP选型，首先，结合家电行业的特点提出了家电行业ERP选型原则，接着，在原有AHP模型评价指标体系的基础上进行改进，增加了对家电行业和企业自身情况的适应性评价要素，进而确定了新的ERP评价指标体系和决策模型，同时，系统总结了目前ERP选型的方法，并对各个方法进行优劣分析，最后，本文将改进的AHP决策模型应用与具体的案例分析中，阐述了应用此模型的全过程。关键词：家电行业，ERP系统，选型指标体系，AHP决策模型The research on application and selection of ERP for household appliance industryAbstractIn order to decrease cost，increase income and survive in the competitive marketing environment， the household appliance industry has shown a strong interest in ERP construction. However, the application of ERP in household appliance industry is not so successful. More than ninety percent of those have not lived up to their expectation. One of the most important reasons is the inappropriate purchasing of ERP soft wares. Therefore, this dissertation will try to establish standard ERP selection process and criterions. First of all, the author analyzed ERP applications situation and the existed problems of household appliance industry,then identified the core of this study — ERP selection of household electrical appliance enterprises. Atfirst, combine the characteristics of the household appliances industry and give the principles of ERP selection. Then, based on the old AHP decisionmodel, put forward a new model that has been modified and specified to meet the needs of household appliance industry ERP selection. Meanwhile, the dissertation systematic summarizes the ERP selection methods, and carries out the pros and cons of each method.
