化 学 与 黏 合 　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 2006 年第 28 卷第 5 期 CHEMISTRY AND ADHESION ·345 · 聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的耐水性改性研究进展 吴伟剑 , 　顾继友 , 　刘海英 ( 东北林业大学 材料与工程学院 ,黑龙江 哈尔滨 　150040) 　　摘要 :聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液价格低 、生产方便 、黏合强度大 、环保 ,但是其耐水性不好 。文章综述了近年来国内外对提高聚 醋酸乙烯酯乳液耐水性研究的进展 。分别从醋酸乙烯单体 、乳化剂 、保护胶体入手 ,分析了聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液耐水性差的原 因。然后分别从与醋酸乙烯外交联共混 、共聚、保护胶体改性 、采用反应性乳化剂和新型乳液聚合技术来论述提高聚醋酸乙 烯乳液耐水性的方法 。通过这些方法改性后的醋酸乙烯酯乳液的耐水性提高 ,很好的满足了经济发展的需求 ,拓宽了其应用 范围 ,具有好的发展前景 。 关键词 :醋酸乙烯 ;乳液 ;耐水性 ( ) 中图分类号 :TQ 433433 　　　　　文献标识码 :A 　　　　　文章编号 :1001 - 0017 2006 05 - 0342 - 04 Progress of the Study on Water - resistance Modif ication of Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion WU Wei - j ian , GU Ji - you and LIU Hai - ying ( Material Science and Engineering College , Northeast Forestry University , Harbin 150040 , China) Abstract :Polyvinyl acetate emulsion is low cost ,easy to produce ,high bonding strength ,environment friendly but poor water resistance . This article summa rizes the study of improving its water resistance in and abroad recent years. From vinylacetate monomer ,emulsifier ,protective colloid ,the reasons for poor water re sistance are analyzed . The methods of improving the water resistance of polyvinyl acetate are discussed , such as copolymerization with vinyl acetate , addition of compounding agent ,modification of protective colloid ,using reactive emulsifier ,and new emulsion polymerization technique . These modification methods improve the water resistance of polyvinyl acetate emulsion ,make it satisfy the economic development ,extend its applications and their prospects are cheerful .
