Both STRUCTURE and principal component analyses (PCA) showed the largest division/principal component (PC) differentiated northern from southern European ancestry. A second PC further separated Italian,Spanish, andGreek individuals fromthose of Ashkenazi Jewishancestry aswell asdistinguishing among northern European populations.
