Abstract: W ith the developm ent of m ob ile Internet technology, m obile librarie in un iver itie are
quietly ri ing. In th i paper, a total of the 797 dom e tic un iver ity m ob ile librarie from 32 prov ince
w ere inve tigated by brow ing library w eb ite hom epage, referring to relevant paper in previou
year , end ing e- m ail, u ing telephone con ultation and experience by m ean of m ob ile phone.
Then the library erv ice practicem odel, mobile platform developm entm odel , prom otion of un iver-
al and reg ional d i tribution, colum n , erv ice content and y tem tability w ere analyzed. In the
end the future developm en t trend of un iver ity m ob ile librarie w ere d i cu ed.
