Key Words：HSBC Bank, Business Strategy, The acquisition of M A 引 言 近年来,汇丰在中国的投资业绩,令国际金融界刮目相看。从汇丰张驰有度地入股中国银行业、见缝插针地在中国发展私人金融业务到大张旗鼓地在中国开展非银行金融业务,全面展示了这个国际优秀金融控股集团在中国成功的投资战略,这无疑对我国发展中的金融投资企业具有很大的借鉴和启示作用。汇丰银行是为与中国贸易的公司提供融资服务于1864年在香港建立的。1865年开始营业，同年12月8日在上海设立分行，后在天津、北京、汉口、重庆等地设立分支机构。该行是英国人更确切地说是苏格兰人建立的。它是英国资本对旧中国进行经济侵略并控制旧中国金融市场的机构，在中国发行纸币，垄断外汇市场。1911年后取得关、盐两税的存款权，又领导对华贷款的帝国主义银行团，提供侵略性的政治借款和铁路、矿山等经济借款。解放后，该行在中国的分支机构除上海分行经中国政府允可经营外汇业务外，其余先后关闭。汇丰银行在其建立的最初年代里就加紧海外活动。1866年该行在日本设立第一家分行，并且在泰国开办第一家银行。1880年该行在纽约创办了第一家英国银行。19世纪、20世纪之交，汇丰银行在菲律宾、新加坡、斯里兰卡、印度和马来西亚设立了更多的行。在此期间，该行还在伦敦、里昂、汉堡等地设立了分支机构。在美国、法国和德国汇丰银行一直是经营年代最长久的英国银行。 （三）、汇丰集团的经营战略 1、分散风险战略 从汇丰控股目前的银行分布及规模情况看，汇丰早已把分散、防范风险理念贯穿于国际化收购、兼并战略的始终。早在20世纪70年代，汇丰银行就开始收购美国海丰银行；在浦伟士年代，
