“德育之星”于我,实乃名不副实,于其名实相符者大有人在,然或许大凡名与利,人都不忍拒之,我也便以却之不恭而受之,实则战战兢兢,如履薄冰。
说句实在话,从教5年以来,对于教育与教学有着诸多的困惑与不解。我总是在想,当德育成为一种制度的时候,德育还是真正意义上的德育吗?我之于班主任繁琐的日常工作也是偶有怨言,我想:当把学生当成服务的对象(确实有部分学生就认为老师就是为他们服务的)或是“劳教”的对象时,教育是否失去了其真正的初衷?“老师”是否应该“正名”为“保姆”?……
然,我纵有诸多的困惑或不满,但有一点我毫不怀疑——只要我站在这个岗位上,我之于教学与教育,虽不说必鞠躬尽瘁,但亦定当竭心尽力。这不是自诩自己如何伟大,而是这个职业决定了我必须这么做。而且我也相信,三尺杏坛上的诸位无不如此。
论及班级管理,经验实则不多,但我一直秉持着“身教为先,言教辅之,身教与言教结合”的教育理念,在具体的班级建设与管理中亦步亦趋,不断摸索、成长。只希望我之教育不至于误人子弟,也希望,我的孩子们能够健康、快乐的成长。
