Nonuse of Anibiotics in Patients with Gynecologic Operation Type Ñ Incision
During Perioperative Period:A Clinical Research

Abstract: O JECTIVE T o inv est igate whether it is essent ial to utilize prophy lactic antibiotics in patients w ith
gynecolo gic surg ery type Ñincisio n. METHODS A nt ibiotics wer e applied prophylact ically to 112 patients in t he
study gr oup, while 101 cases in the co nt rol gr oup w ere treated w ithout antibiot ics. T he postoper ative infectio n
r ate, the hemo gr am, the incisio n healing r ate, the duratio n in hospital, ho spit al fees and so on w ere analy zed.
RESULTS T he postoperat ive infection rate, the incisio n healing rate and other items w ere compared in the tw o
groups. No sig nificant difference w as found stst istically. CONCLUSIONS Pr ophylact ic antibiotics ar e not necessery
in patients wit h gynecolog ic operatio n t ype Ñ incision dur ing perioper ativ e per iods.
