The nanofiber s are t he st ruct ure wit h t he orient ation of t he grap hitic lamella wit hout cent ral channel . The synt hetic met ho ds and p ro duct s of carbon nanot ubes and carbon nanot ube fiber s at home and abroad in recent year s are summarized . Due to t heir excellent mechanical and elect rical p rop erties ,carbon nanot ubes and carbon nanot ube fiber s can be u sed a s ga s adsorbent s ,t emplat es ,act uator s ,compo sit e reinfircement s ,cat alyst support s ,p robes ,chemical sen sor s ,nanoreactor s etc . They have a wide range of pot ential app lication s in variou s t echnolo gical area s such a s aero sp ace ,ener gy ,medicine and chemical indu st ry .
