A t the sam e tim e, legal disputes are grow ing heav ily. H ow to protect consum ers legal rights caused a lot of peoples concern . T he w ealth m anagem ent contract disputes is m ain ly reflected in these parts : w hether the m anagem ent contract w as estab lished or not, the consum ers right to know , to ensure th e end of the term s of security ，d isclosure of the inform ation in the contract and so on . T h is paper w ill research and analysis the contracts, th is pap er m ain ly focu sed on inform ation disclosure m atters, and put forw ard som e counter-m easures to the prob lem , hop ing that th is paper can w ork out to be helpful.
