手术室纯动态消毒机与紫外线空气消毒效果比较 【关键词】 纯动态消毒机;手术室;空气消毒 　　【摘要】 目的 比较纯动态消毒机与传统紫外线对手术室空气的消毒效果。 方法 将肯格王牌动态消毒机消毒与传统紫外线消毒分成两组，每组30例，组间条件基本相同，分别于消毒后手术前30min，手术开始后30min、60min、90min做标准5点采样，置37温箱内培养24h后观察细菌含菌量，比较两组细菌培养结果。结果 动态消毒机组在术前30min、术中90min尚能达到普通洁净手术室空气含菌量≤200cfu/m3的标准；紫外线消毒组在术前无人员流动的情况下，菌落总数控制于低水平，随着术中人员流动及手术时间延长，菌落总数量持续增加，术中60min后不能达到普通洁净手术室空气含菌量≤200cfu/m3的标准。结论 动态消毒机消毒效果优于紫外线消毒，尤其适合 目前 尚无层流设备，且手术量较多的基层 医院 手术室 应用 。 【关键词】 纯动态消毒机;手术室;空气消毒 Comparison of the disinfection effect between the pure dynamic sterilizer and ultraviolet in operation room 【Abstract】 Objective To compare the disinfection effect between the pure dynamic sterilizer and ultraviolet in operation room.Methods The samples were divided into two groups, one was disinfected by the Kenge wang dynamic sterilizer （Group A） and the other was disinfected by the ultraviolet （Group B）,each group with 30 cases and the almost same conditions. After the disinfection, the samples were respectively taken 30 minutes before the operation and 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes after the beginning of the operation. The samples were cultivated in the incubator with the temperature of 37℃ for 24 hours, then were observed the bacterium content and compared the bacterium cultivation result in two groups.Results The common standard of bacterium content ≤200 cfu/m3 was respectively reached in 30 min before operation and 90 minutes after the beginning of operation in Group A. When there were no changes in the personnel, the total colony could be controlled at a low level. But with the change of personnel and the extension of the operation time, the amount of total colony continuously increased and the standard of bacterium content ≤200 cfu/m3 can not be reached beyond 60 minutes.Conclusion Disinfection effect of dynamic sterilizer is better than the ultraviolet Such disinfection method especially fits to the operation room with many operations, yet without laminar flow instrument equipped in the grass-root hospital. 【Key words】
