文拉法辛缓释剂联合森田疗法治疗肠易激综合征疗效分析 【关键词】 肠易激综合征；文拉法辛；森田疗法 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨文拉法辛缓释剂联合森田疗法 治疗 肠易激综合征的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 对50例肠易激综合征患者 应用 文拉法辛缓释剂联合森田疗法进行观察治疗，2mo为1疗程，共6mo，采用抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评定临床疗效并与全国常模比较。结果 肠易激综合征患者治疗前与常模比较有显著的焦虑、抑郁情绪（P＜0.01），应用文拉法辛缓释剂联合森田疗法治疗2mo末，焦虑、抑郁情绪与治疗前比较有显著改善（P＜0.01）；治疗2、6mo末显效率分别为66.0%和82.0%，差异有极显著性（P＜0.01）。 结论 文拉法辛缓释剂联合森田疗法能很好的改善肠易激综合征患者的情绪状态，缓解躯体症状，疗效显著，安全性高，依从性好。 【关键词】 肠易激综合征；文拉法辛；森田疗法 Curative effects of venlafaxine retarder plus Moritas therapy in irritable bowel syndrome 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of venlafaxine retarder plus Moritas therapy in irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods Observational treatment of venlafaxine retarder plus Morita’s therapy was conducted in 50 patients with the IBS for 6 months, and one course of treatment was 2 months. Clinical effects were assessed with the Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS) and compared with national norm. Results Compared with the national norm IBS patients had marked anxious and depressive emotions(P＜0.01); at the end of 2month treatment anxious and depressive emotions improved significantly compared with pretreatment(P＜0.01); effectual rates were 65.2% and 83.6% at the ends of 2nd and 6th month respectively, difference was very significant(P＜0.01). Conclusion The combination of Venlafaxine and Marita therapy could effectively improve the emotional state of the IBS patients and relieve somatizations, and has marked effects ,higher safety and better compliance. 【Keywords】 Irritable bowel syndrome; venlafaxine; Morita’s therapy 肠易激综合征（IBS）是一种心身疾病，单纯内科对症治疗效果欠佳。近年来有报道用心理治疗或抗抑郁剂治疗获得良好效果［1］。为此，我们应用文拉法辛缓释剂联合门诊森田疗法对IBS治疗进行了临床观察，现报告如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 选取2004年3月～2005年4月在新乡医学院第二附属 医院 就诊的50例IBS患者为 研究 对象。入组标准：（1）符合IBS罗马2诊断标准（1999年）［2］；（2）均经胃肠动力剂、抗生素、调整胃肠菌群药及调整饮食不良习惯等正规内科治疗效果不佳者。其中男21例，女29例；年龄24～58a，平均32±11a；病程6mo～4a，平均14.3±8.6mo。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 治疗 对入组患者应用文拉法辛缓释剂（商品名：怡诺思；美国惠氏百宫制药有限公司提供）治疗，剂量为75mgd-1，2mo为1疗程，同时给予心身疾病知识的健康 教育 ，开展森田疗法，使患者从思想上坦诚的接受症状，做自己该做的事情，并给予一
