Under the new economic situation, how do SME financing platform to build and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, help enterprises overcome the shortage of funds is the focus of our current situation more concerned circles. However, because the system is not perfect, the financial system and institutions are not mature enough to become an obstacle restricting the development of China SMEs. This article starting from the financing environment and development status, which analyzed according to the characteristics of the main forms of financing, a choice for SME financing channels and financing their own development in order to achieve the lowest cost of corporate financing, financing risks minimal and the best economic efficiency. Meanwhile, finding a solution to the problem of SMEs financing options strategies to promote small and medium enterprises play a more important role in the future.
