Heartbeat and pulse instructional design
Teaching goal:
Cognitive goal: understand the basic knowledge of heartbeat and pulse, recognize the rhythm of the heartbeat and movement.
Skills goals: learn how to measure the pulse and train the students ability to generalize.
Emotional goals: cultivate students desire to explore and discover the mysteries of their surroundings.
The teaching procedures:
First, exchange conversations and import new lessons
What do you usually like to play? What does your body feel when youre playing games and activities?
Students are free to speak. (tired, shortness of breath, faster heart rate...)
