Wang Yangzu, Qu Pingji, Zhao Xiangdong, Ma Yun and Chen Bo resigned as a non-executive Director; (2) Each of Messrs. Zhu Min Ru, Xiong Ying and Wu Xiaoqing resigned as an independent non-executive Director; and subsequently, Mr. Zhu Min Ru ceased to be a member of each of the audit committee and nomination committee and the chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company; (3) Mr. Yang Yihua has been appointed as a non-executive Director and Mr. Xu Qinghua has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director; and (4) Mr. Xu Qinghua has also been appointed as a member of each of the audit committee and nomination committee and the chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company.
