Sichuan College of Arch itecture Technology, Deyang 618000, Sichuan, Ch ina) Abstract: By means of strengthen ing them onitoring and m easurem ent, technical problem s of Jiakeng Tunne,l such asmor tar boltw ith a sm all catheter grouting slope around, the backfill pressure in unsymm etrical loaded zone, surface pregrou ting coordinatedw ith pipeshed, reserved the core soil excavation, pregrouting and temporary supporting of invert, are suc cessfu lly solved by excavation construction technology. Reinforcing effect and observationalm ethod has been shown by ana lyzingm onitoring data such as the ground settlem ents, the vau lt subsidence, and the horizontal convergence.
