Method: 1. The TLC identification of baicalin. 2. Using bupleurum medicinal materials as contrast medicinal materials to select suitable method and solvent extraction and identification of bupleurum saponins. 3. The identification of saikoside of bupleurum in sustained release table. Result: the color of the text solution shows the same color sports at the corresponding position where the color of the control medicine is. When having viewed the saikosaponin a and d under the 365nm ultraviolet, the author found that saikosaponin a has on fluorescence and saikosoponin d has fluorescence. Conclusion: in this paper, the author used the method of separation of using ultrasonic extraction, which not only can make the required component be dissolved, but also excess the complex water-soluble component, and control the quality of Bupleurum returd tablets better.
