第 43卷第 8期 2012年 8月 建 筑 技 术 ArchitectureTechnoloaw ·703· Vo1．43No．8 Aug．2012 门架式模板支撑体系在机场航站楼工程中的应用 杨玉军 ，刘燕虎2 (1．陕两省建筑职工大学，710068，两安；2．陕两建工集 团，710003，两安) 摘 要：西安咸阳国际机场二期扩建工程T3A航站楼工程长约140m，宽约110m。10．000m标高以上钢管混 凝土柱形成纵横两个方 向为36m柱 网的大空间结构 。针对工程特点和工期质量要求 ，在满足安全可靠的前提下， 对支撑体系进行优化设计，对主梁、次梁和楼板分别采用不同的支撑体系、不同的支撑方式、不同规格的受力杆 件 ，在梁板下组合形成多跨门架式模板支撑体系。实践表明，门架式模板支撑系统结构合理 ，能够满足大空间大 荷载的施工需要 ，与常规施工方法相 比，大幅减少了架子工程量和材料用量 ，具有很好的推广应用价值。 关键词：模板 ；大空间结构；门架式模板 ；支撑体系；航站楼 中图分类号 ：TU755．2 文献标识码 ：B 文章编号 ：1000—4726(2012)08—0703—03 APPLICATIoN oF GANTRY FoRMW oRK SUPPoRT SYSTEM IN AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING PROJECT YANG Yu—Jun．LIU Yan-hu (1．ArchitectureLaborUniversityofShanxiProvince，710068，Xian，China；2．ConstructionEngineeringGroupof ． ShanxiProvince，710003，Xian，China) Abstract：T3A terminalbuildingisanextensionprojectinXianyangInternationalAirportPhaseIIandit isabout 140m longand 110m wide．Steeltube concrete columnsabove 10．000 elevationfomr a large column net space structure which spreads 36m along both longitudinal and horizontal directions．Formwork design adopts different supporting systems， supporting modes and specifications of beating bars ofr main beam， secondary beam and floor slab，and assemblesthem underthe beam slab into a multi-span gantry formwork supporting system．It is proved in practice that gantry formwork supporting structure is reasonable and can satisfy the requirements of large space and high load construction．Compared with traditional construction method，thismethod can obviously reduceworkload and materialconsumption，having favorable promotion and application values． Keywords：formwork
