【Abstract】 There exist both opportunities and challenges of the influence of RMB Internationalization to commerical bank.From the view of opportunities,it is good to develop the markets,keep the customers,develop the business and improve salary of middle business.There is much space.From the view of challenges,it will strengthen the competition among commercial banks,the structures of property debt will be more complex,liquidity influenced factors will be more,and it can make it more difficult to manage the operation of business.We can see the influence of RMB international trend is closer and closer,commercial banks of China should grasp this chance,do as it go.
