According to the record in 1986, there are about 0.4 billion population who speak English as a native language, which is about one in ten of the whole world. As a second language, English is often necessary for official business, education, information and other activities in many countries, it is one of the few working languages of the United Nations. With the globalized economy and information network, speak and learn English is a living skill for most of the countries in the world. Apart from the importance of learning purpose, how to improve our English skill quickly and efficiently is another confused question for majority of non-native learners. From the experience in senior school and university, most of students prefer learning the words to grammar, paraphrasing and other basic stuff. I don’t know whether it is true or false now because different person continue use the method daily. However, it can tell us that insufficient learning method may induce a lot of difficulties in actual learning process. Although leaning is a complicated and very individualized pattern for most of persons, they more or less can share the similar base or theory. Therefore, Our “外语版” formally introduce our fantastic work ,“英语考试经验征集”, and we hope it can be a guide in directing some of the students who may be still confused about the study method.
