老年烧伤的内脏并发症 老年烧伤的内脏并发症 2009-12-16 吴晓武　许伟石　廖镇江 　　【摘要】　目的　研究老年烧伤患者内脏并发症及其影响因素。方法　回顾性研究瑞金医院烧伤中心1988年4月～1997年4月年龄大于60岁的184例住院老年烧伤患者的伤后内脏并发症，分析了年龄、烧伤程度、伤前健康状况与伤后内脏并发症的相互关系，以及伤后内脏并发症对预后的影响。结果　无伤前疾病老年患者，伤后内脏并发症的发生率显著低于伤前有一种、二种和三种以上疾病患者伤后内脏并发症的发生率(10.11% 比 31.37%，82.61%，93.33%，P0.01，P0.001，P0.0001)。60～69岁年龄组伤后内脏并发症的发生率，显著低于大于70岁年龄组(20.19%，50.00%， P0.05)。心血管和肺部并发症，是老年烧伤患者伤后主要的内脏并发症(33.33%，22.45%)。结论　老年烧伤患者伤后内脏并发症与年龄、烧伤程度、伤前疾病以伤前疾病数密切相关。心血管并发症占其首位。 　　【关键词】　老年　灼伤　内脏并发症 Visceral Complications in Burned Elderly People WU Xiao-wu， XU Wei-shi， LIAO Zheng-jiang. Methods　The visceral complications were studied retrospectively on 184 hospitalized burned patients older than 60 in the Burn Centre， Ruijin Hospital， from April 1988 to April 1997. The postburn visceral complications and its relation to age， burn severity， preinjury health condition and prognosis were analyzed. Results　The incidence of visceral complications of the patients without preinjury diseases (10.11%) was significantly lower than those with one (31.37%)， with two (82.61%， P0.001) and more than three kinds of preinjury diseases (93.33%， P0.0001). The incidence of visceral complications in the 60 to 69 age group (20.19%) was significantly lower than that in the 70 or elder age group (50.00%， P0.05). Cardiac vascular and pulmonary complications were the main postburn visceral complications in burned elderly people. Conclusions　Postburn visceral complications in elderly people are close related to age， burn severity， preinjury diseases and the number of preinjury diseases.
