清华大学高水平射击队的建设 　　摘 要：对清华大学高水平射击队建设的主要环节进行梳理与分析。结果表明：遵循教育规律、发挥高校优势，采用一条龙的学习方式和管理训练体制有利于高水平射击运动员的培养。学校体制与竞技体制结合既为大学、中学在射击运动员的初期选拔、教练员遴选、基础训练、中期发展、经费与科研保障方面提供良好条件，也为高水平射击运动员获得参赛机会与保持高竞技水平提供有力保障；同时在改变运动员的文化知识结构、维持和提高射击运动成绩等方面能起到积极有效的促进作用 关 键 词：学校体育；高水平射击运动队；清华大学 中图分类号：G871 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2016）06-0112-04 The construction of a high performance shooting team in Tsinghua University LU Chun1，WANG Pei-yong1，GAO Jing2，LI Guang-hui3 （1.Department of Physical Education，Tsinghua University，Beijing 100084，China；2.Shooting Team， Tsinghua University，Beijing 100084，China；3.School of Minning Industry and Coal Inner， Mongolia University of Science and Technology，Baotou 014010，China） Abstract： The authors collated and analyzed main links established by Tsinghua University for cultivating high performance shooters， and revealed the following findings： following education patterns， exerting university advantages， adopting an all-in-one learning mode and training management system， are conducive to the cultivation of high performance shooters； the combination of school system with competition system not only provides good conditions for middle schools and universities in terms of shooter preliminary selection， coach selection， basic training， mid-term training， as well as fund and research assurance， but also provides powerful assurance for high performance shooters to have game participating opportunities and maintain high competition performance， and also plays a positive and effective promoting role in changing shooter’s cultural knowledge structure， and in maintaining and continuing to improve shooting performance. Key words： school physical education；high performance shooting sports team；Tsinghua University 普通高等学校试办高水平运动队，培养德智体全面发展的国家级学生运动员，是新形势下体育举国体制的一个重要组成部分，是对现有竞技体育体制的补充与完善。1987年原国家教委印发《关于普通高校试行招收高水平运动员工作的通知》，提出高校试办高水平运动队，对招生对象、招生办法、人员录取、教学与管理等方面做出明确规定。1995年原国家教委在《关于部分普通高等院校试办高水平运动队的通知》中提出，努力提高我国大学生的体育运动水平，为国家培养全面发展的体育人才，以逐步实现由国家教委组队参加世界大学生运动会的目
