停车规划与管理 浅谈城市路边停车规划 ——以广州为例 孙永海 【摘要】路边停车为城市停车系统中的一个组成部分，由于其对动态交通和静态交通都有一定程度的负面影响， 所以有必要从交通总体的角度规划路边停车点位，并切实提出建设与管理建议，以规范路边停车行为、保障动态 交通、缓解一定时期的停车难现状。本次论文以广州为例，浅谈城市路边停车规划。 【Abstract 】As a part of urban parking system, the roadside parking has the negative effect on both dynamic traffic and static traffic. So it is necessary to plan the roadside parking site from the view of the urban transportation, and give some practical advices about parking site construction and management. In this way, we can regul
